- Cycle Payment Deadline
Payments for participation in the CoShop Food Bank 2025 Cycle must be completed by the end of the 20th of November 2025. Late payments may result in the forfeiture of the customer’s slot for the session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. - Payment Default and Recovery
Any customer who defaults on a monthly payment will be required to settle the outstanding balance in the following month. Failure to update payments within the grace period may lead to suspension or removal from the program, and re-enrollment will be subject to availability and administrative approval. - Monthly Payment Requirements
Customers must pay the exact due amount corresponding to their selected category each month. Partial payments or underpayments will not be accepted, and any unpaid balance must be cleared before the next month’s participation. - Delivery Fees
A delivery fee will be charged upon the completion of each session. The exact delivery cost will be determined based on the delivery location, logistical requirements, and prevailing market rates. Customers will be notified of any adjustments to the delivery fees in advance. - Multiple Slot Participation
Customers are allowed to subscribe to more than one (1) slot within the Food Bank program. However, participants must ensure they can meet all financial obligations associated with each slot. Failure to make payments for multiple slots may result in forfeiture of some or all slots at the discretion of the management. - Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment details, delivery addresses, and contact information remain up to date. Any issues arising due to outdated or incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer. - Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or concerns regarding payments, deliveries, or program operations should be directed to CoShop Food Bank’s customer service team. - By participating in the CoShop Food Bank program, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in suspension or termination from the program.
