Welcome to the COShop PAY SMALL SMALL Plan; a service provided by the the Capital Online Shopping (COShop) Limited, a company registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Operating the ecommerce websirte, “coshop.ng”

This installment payment plan allows customers in Abuja to purchase products and pay over time. By enrolling in this plan, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligible Products

Under the PAY SMALL SMALL Plan, only products within the following categories may be purchased:

• Phones and Tablets

• Computing

• Home and Office Appliances

• Furniture

2. Duration of the Plan

• The longest duration for the PAY SMALL SMALL Plan is Ten (10) months or 40 weeks.

• However, for certain products, an extended duration may be available at COShop’s discretion.

3. Requirements for Enrollment

To participate in this plan, customers must:

• Accurately complete the PAY SMALL SMALL application form.

• Confirm that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

4. Product Delivery Terms

• Products purchased under this plan will be delivered once the customer has paid at least 50% of the total payment.

• Customers who select the 2-month plan will have their items delivered within 15 working days, provided the remaining balance is paid in a single installment.

5. Insurance Requirement

• Certain products will require the customer to purchase an insurance policy through COShop’s insurance partners to cover the product.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel an order after making payments.

• However, a 12% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

7. Product Availability at Delivery Time

• If a selected product is unavailable at the time a customer reaches their downpayment threshold, COShop will provide the following options:

  1. Offer an alternative product within the same price range.

  2. Allow 5 working days for COShop to source the product.

  3. Issue a refund.

8. Price Changes at Final Payment

• Downward price change: If the price reduces at the time of final payment, the price difference will be refunded to the customer’s account or deposited in their COShop wallet.

• Upward price change: If the price increases, the customer will be notified and required to:

  • Pay the price difference immediately, or

  • Have the additional balance included in their remaining installment payments.

9. Payment Defaults and Late Payment Charges

• In case of payment default, the following grace periods apply:

  • 3 days for customers paying weekly.

  • 7 days for customers paying monthly.

• After the grace period, a surcharge will apply:

  • 3.5% for weekly payment defaults.

  • 10% for monthly payment defaults.

10. Consequences of Extended Default

• If a customer defaults for:

  • 2 weeks (weekly spread buyers) or 1 month (monthly spread buyers), COShop will repossess the delivered product.

  • The customer will be given 1 month to clear the outstanding balance.

  • If payment is not completed within 1 month, the product will be sold at forced sale value, and any excess amount (after deductions) will be refunded to the customer’s account or COShop wallet.

11. Warranty and Faulty Products

• If a purchased product develops a fault before full payment is completed, customers must contact COShop at support@coshop.ng.

• Warranty coverage applies only to brand new products and will be handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

12. Early Payment Option

• Customers may choose to pay off the remaining balance at any time within the installment period.

• Once full payment is made, the product will be shipped immediately.

13. Multiple Product Purchases

• Customers may select multiple products under a single PAY SMALL SMALL Plan, provided the total payment is made within the agreed installment period.
