COShop is expanding to offer international shipping options. Customers will be notified once this service becomes available.

3.2 Orders above a certain amount (as periodically determined by COShop) may qualify for free standard shipping promotions.
3.3 In the case of bulk orders or special deliveries, additional fees may apply, which will be communicated before order confirmation.
4.1 If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the following applies:
The delivery team will make up to two reattempts within 48 hours.
If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and customers may need to pay a redelivery fee before another attempt.
4.2 If a customer fails to receive the package within 7 days, the order may be canceled, and a refund issued minus shipping costs.

5.2 Lost Packages: If an order is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, customers should contact COShop within 48 hours to initiate an investigation with the courier service.
5.3 Stolen Packages: COShop is not responsible for stolen packages post-delivery. Customers are advised to ensure secure delivery locations.
6.1 If a delivery delay exceeds 14 business days beyond the estimated timeline, customers may request a full refund or reshipment at no additional cost.
6.2 COShop reserves the right to investigate refund claims thoroughly before approval.

7.1 Customers can update their shipping address before an order is shipped. Once the order is in transit, address changes are not guaranteed.
